In environments where the air is "Immediately Dangerous to Life or Health" (IDLH), or where ventilation alone isn't enough, we move to higher-level protection. This includes Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) and supplied-air respirators that come with dedicated escape cylinders.
We integrate these with specialized harnesses that are fully compatible with our retrieval systems, creating a coordinated safety setup intended to minimize exposure to hazards.
Communication and Support
Clear communication is a major challenge when teams are deep inside concrete or steel structures. Distance and structural materials can interfere with standard radio signals. We solve this by providing intrinsically safe radios and, where necessary, hard-wired communication systems.
This helps ensure that the entrant, the attendant, and the supervisor remain informed throughout operations.
Inspection, Maintenance, and Readiness.
